September 2025
Side-by-side heatmap comparison, a fully realized 3D indoor environment, project sharing, DAS multi-select, and a revised AI placement algorithm.
September brings side-by-side heatmap comparison, a fully realized 3D indoor environment, project sharing, DAS multi-select, and a revised AI placement algorithm, making this one of the most substantial releases to date.
New
Side-by-Side Heatmap Comparison
Evaluate two coverage scenarios together, comparing different bands, network templates, or layout configurations without switching back and forth. Save named heatmaps from the Design tab, then load any two into the Compare view for a synchronized split-screen, with hover readouts showing both values at once. Learn more
Project Sharing and Folder Collaboration
Share individual projects or entire folder structures with teammates and grant them access without re-uploading anything. Shared projects appear in a dedicated view, folders stay organized across collaborators, and access levels inherit down through nested folders so permissions stay consistent. Learn more
Project Save States
Capture a named snapshot of any project configuration, then reload it later to compare design iterations or hand off a known-good state to a colleague, without losing your current work. Learn more
DAS Multi-Select
Drag a selection rectangle across any mix of DAS components, including signal sources, remote units, antennas, and cables, to move, delete, or review them together from the right panel. Learn more
Integrated Remote Units
Place remote units with built-in antennas directly on the canvas. Carrier and power configuration flows through the RU automatically, and heatmap generation picks up the integrated antenna without any extra wiring steps. Learn more
DSM Height Modification for Outdoor Projects
Draw a polygon over an area of an outdoor layout and set a custom terrain height, then reset it to the original elevation when needed. Recalculate the heatmap to evaluate how the terrain change affects the design. Learn more
Fixed Wireless Receivers in Reports
Generated reports now include a dedicated Fixed Wireless Receivers section with per-receiver signal stats, visible in the table of contents, controllable from the sidebar visibility toggle, and present in exported PDFs. Learn more
Bulk AP Inventory Import
Upload multiple AP configuration files at once to populate your hardware inventory, instead of adding them one at a time. Learn more
Textured 3D Walls
Walls now render with material-accurate textures in 3D view, including brick, concrete, drywall, glass, metal, and more, making it easier to review a realistic representation of the indoor environment alongside RF results. Learn more
Realistic 3D Doors and Windows
Doors and windows are now cut into walls as proper openings in 3D view, giving you an accurate picture of how physical openings affect the layout geometry you are designing around. Learn more
Floor Plan Overlay in 3D View
The 2D floor plan image now appears as a texture on the floor in 3D mode, so you can orient yourself within the space and cross-reference structural details while reviewing coverage in three dimensions. Learn more
Surface Multi-Select and Move
Select multiple surfaces at once, drag them to a new position, rotate the group, and save, with the heatmap updating to reflect the new obstruction layout. Copy and paste also works across surfaces, matching the behavior already available for obstructions. Learn more
DAS Cable Attenuation by Band
Cable attenuation in the right panel and Unit tab now reflects the active frequency band, so you can confirm signal budget at the band you are actually deploying rather than relying on a single fixed value. Learn more
Cabling in Bill of Materials
DAS cables now appear in the Bill of Materials, giving you a complete component count for procurement and documentation. Learn more
New Project Assigned to Active Folder
Creating a project while a folder is selected automatically places it in that folder, keeping the dashboard organized without a separate move step. Learn more
Revised AI Coverage Placement
The AP auto-placement algorithm for both indoor and outdoor projects has been substantially revised, with improved spatial reasoning, capacity calculations, and mesh loss handling, producing placements that more accurately match real deployment constraints. Learn more
Improved
- DAS hardware icons scale dynamically and arrange ports in multi-column layouts for clearer topology at a glance.
- Cross-floor cable connections now trace correctly through intermediate segments to show the true end-to-end path.
- Uploading floor plans or import files with special characters or spaces in the filename no longer causes errors; names are sanitized automatically.
- The dashboard project list, shared projects, and folder sidebar all refresh with a pull-down gesture, useful on touch-capable devices.
- The band selector in cellular carrier configuration now appears above the name field, avoiding a form reset when the band is changed.
- Distance labels are now suppressed at small scales to reduce clutter in dense layouts.
Fixed
- Surfaces and walls in outdoor projects now render at the correct elevation in 3D view.
- Shelves render with a filled body in 3D view regardless of whether other obstructions are present.
- KPI type stays correct for the selected network technology even when no bands are available for that technology.
- The wrong password error now propagates correctly at login instead of hanging the page.
- Cable routes render on top of cable trays, keeping infrastructure lines and signal paths visually distinct.
Plus other fixes and improvements across the platform.
