August 15, 2026
Release notes for August 15, 2026.
A release that extends eino across Public Safety networks, BIM/IFC export, measured site-survey reporting, and a significantly more capable AI assistant, while tightening simulation accuracy and monitoring workflows.
New
AI
AI Assistant for Network Planning
The AI assistant can now carry out real network-planning tasks from chat, with an approval step before changes are applied and a clear transcript of what was done and why. Tool coverage extends across AP configuration, placement, and heatmap interpretation, with silent-failure fixes that ensure the assistant reports exactly what the platform accepted. Learn more
Design
Public Safety Network Planning
Plan, simulate, and report on Public Safety networks (P25/narrowband and FirstNet LTE) as a first-class technology alongside cellular and DAS. KPIs are Public-Safety-specific: DAQ and signal level for P25, reference-signal metrics for LTE, with full topology rendering and report integration. Learn more
Simulation & Heatmaps
Electric Field Strength Heatmap (dBµV/m)
Confirm field-strength coverage requirements are met across your site with a dedicated Electric Field Strength heatmap layer, shown in the dropdown alongside RSRP and EMF exposure for cellular, DAS, and Public Safety projects.
Validate & Report
Measured Site Surveys in Reports
Carry measured walk-test data directly into saved, printed, and shared reports. Select up to three CSV, QualiPoc, or eino survey datasets during report creation and the floorplans, measured points, legends, statistics, and metadata render alongside your simulated results. Learn more
IFC / BIM Export
Export your indoor building fabric, network design, or both as an IFC file for direct use in BIM workflows. Multi-floor projects export as a single federated file so cable risers between floors are preserved, and the content checkboxes let you include only the layers relevant to your workflow.

Federated SSO Login
Connect your identity provider so your team signs into eino through your existing corporate SSO, with no change to sessions, permissions, or any other part of the product.
Improved
Design
- 3D model from multi-page PDF: a multi-page PDF now builds a complete multi-floor 3D model, with a floor picker to select which pages to include and set ceiling heights per floor.
- Apply area edits to all floors: propagate an analysis-area or heatmap-area boundary change to every floor in one step, with a toast confirming how many floors were updated and how many were skipped.
- 3D cable routing: cables now render at their real heights in 3D, including vertical riser segments, with accurate length labels and correct paint order in the 2D view.
- Multi-floor AI placement: "Place APs with AI" now designs across multiple floors as one system, producing a single DAS head end per building and distributing signal to additional floors based on RU power.
- Wall-mounted AP snapping: dragging a wall-mounted AP near a wall snaps it to the surface and automatically orients the azimuth to the outward wall normal, removing the need to set direction by hand.
- DAS multi-band carrier plans for AI placement: define per-band operator lists, bandwidths, and power-sharing rules before running AI placement, so each band's RU budget is computed correctly and the limiting input is shown before placement begins.
Validate & Report
- Route QoS in interactive reports: Route QoS results now appear in the interactive viewer and on public share links, with inline warnings when a run was built on stale heatmaps and toast errors for failures that previously went unnoticed.
- EMF compliance table: the interactive and printed report now include an EMF compliance table showing clearance distances per antenna and whether each meets the required limit, with distances formatted in the units most useful at that scale.
Monitoring
- BYO eSIM on Peplink probes: installed eSIM profiles now appear in the failover order, support band locks, and accept APN configuration the same way physical SIMs do, with self-serve profile installation from the device-config panel.
- Control-plane AP mapping: link a designed AP to the corresponding AP your network controller reports, with a searchable dropdown showing liveness, so monitoring data connects to the right point on your design.
Plus other fixes and improvements across the platform.
